Location: Lahore, Pakistan Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Azhar & Co. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell its portfolio of dairy and value-added food products, including pasteurised milk, cheese, yogurt, dark compound chocolate, Biscoff spread, and chocolate-hazelnut spread. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves working with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, confectionery manufacturers, and other institutional customers. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company's dairy and food product range to retail, wholesale, and institutional customers. Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers. Identify and onboard new customers and distribution partners. Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and expand the customer base. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. Gather customer feedback and provide market intelligence to management. Ensure customers follow appropriate storage and handling practices, particularly for dairy products. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and performance reports. Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and business development initiatives.

The candidate must be able to prepare and present café-style menu items including English breakfast, croissants, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, paratha, omelette items, desserts and bakery products. Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality café food items Maintain taste, quality and presentation Follow recipes and keep consistency Help develop new menu products Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Work professionally with the café team Requirements: Café, bakery or restaurant experience Strong food presentation skills Creative and reliable Able to join immediately or within 1 month Trial: Shortlisted candidates will prepare 5 menu items for tasting and quality review.
