Location: Lahore, Pakistan Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Azhar & Co. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell its portfolio of dairy and value-added food products, including pasteurised milk, cheese, yogurt, dark compound chocolate, Biscoff spread, and chocolate-hazelnut spread. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves working with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, confectionery manufacturers, and other institutional customers. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company's dairy and food product range to retail, wholesale, and institutional customers. Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers. Identify and onboard new customers and distribution partners. Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and expand the customer base. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. Gather customer feedback and provide market intelligence to management. Ensure customers follow appropriate storage and handling practices, particularly for dairy products. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and performance reports. Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and business development initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, dairy, food processing, confectionery, or related sales sectors preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Knowledge of local retail, wholesale, and distribution markets. Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements: Motorcycle with a valid driving license (Compulsory). Willingness to travel regularly for market visits and customer meetings.
